Things to Do and Experience Here
Canoeing
You can go canoeing on the Klarälven River. We’ll take you upstream. You’ll enjoy a beautiful trip downstream to the campground. Along the way, you can enjoy and experience the nature of Värmland.
On the way there are several sandbanks to rest, picnic or barbecue.
Ride a bike
Explore Värmland by bike. There are several marked bike trails.
Mountain bikes can also be rented at the campsite.
FLOATS
There are several ways to spend one or more days floating on pre-built rafts, or you can build your own raft under guidance.

ELCHSAFARI
The king of the forest
Encountering a moose in its natural habitat is one of the most impressive experiences you can have during your vacation in our region.
We'll head straight into the forest, where you'll enjoy an exciting and informative moose safari.
During the safari, which lasts about 2–3 hours, you’ll learn many interesting facts about the majestic “King of the Woods.”
BIBERSAFARI
In the evening, you go canoeing with a guide and visit a beaver lodge.
Includes canoe, a snack and something to drink.

HUSKY HIKE
Experience the power of these amazing dogs in the beautiful nature of Värmland. The hike begins with a visit to the dogs. Here, you’ll learn all about dog-sledding. Afterward, the hike begins as you head out into nature with an experienced guide.
fishing
The Klarälven, a very famous river and also Sweden’s longest, is a popular spot for fishing for trout and (river) salmon. Fly fishing is especially popular there, but you can also catch these fish with a spinning rod!
A fishing license is not required, fishing permits can be purchased directly online at ifiske.se. For example, for Norra Ny FVOF (Klarälven north of Alevi Camping) 150 kr/day as a family permit here, or for south of the campsite Hagfors Fiskevårdskrets for 100 kr/day per person here.
SAMI BRACELET CRAFT
Make your own Sámi bracelets out of tin wire and leather in a guided workshop.

ACCOMPANIED HIKING EXCURSION
This excursion is for all ages. We'll show you one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Värmland.
Along the way, you can enjoy the unspoiled nature and a magnificent panoramic view.

Horse riding
Riding in the beautiful nature of Sweden in western style. A beautiful ride through the forests and hills with a beautiful view.
In addition to an outdoor horseback ride, there is also the possibility of swimming with the horses or taking a covered wagon ride.
